In meditative writing, we simply listen. We follow our thought with a pen in our hand, alert and curious. We observe the activity, the busy-ness, the diversions of our minds, noticing the opinions we have about our thought or emotion or body sensation and write those down as well.

I will guide the group through a series of brief exercises and 10-minute writing periods, debriefing each and exploring how participants might use this practice on their own.
Bring your favourite pen or pencil. Paper will be supplied.
